Your domain name itself is registered in your name and paid separately (usually around $10–15 per year), so it always stays yours.

Plain answers, no fine print.

What counts as a "content update"?

Included: changing text, prices, phone numbers or opening hours; adding or swapping photos; adding a service or a review to an existing page. Each update should take up to about 30 minutes.
Not included (quoted separately): a full redesign, new pages beyond your starting set, online stores, booking systems or other new features.
Send requests by email. They're handled within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). A list of several changes counts as one request.

How do I cancel?

Just email us. Your plan stops at the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

Your first month is free, so you only pay once you've seen your site live and you're happy with it. Monthly payments already made are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

How do payments work?

Payments are handled securely by Stripe, billed monthly in US dollars to your card. We never see or store your card details.

Who owns the website?

Your domain is always yours. If you cancel, we'll help you move it. The website design and hosting are provided as part of the monthly service.

Privacy

We only use your business contact details to provide and bill the service and to reply to you. We don't sell or share your information. If we contacted you and you don't want to hear from us again, reply "no" or email us and we'll remove you.
